At the Contemporary Massage and Wellness Center, our goal is to address the needs of a discerning clientele whose expectations are a bit higher than the average receiver of massage.   While we recognize the therapeutic benefit to relaxation and stress reduction, we believe that additional benefit is derived from more focused work on specific problem areas.

Our Mission is to improve your quality of life through massage and the sale of products designed to augment wellness.  Massage sessions are as unique as the objectives that each client brings to the session.  Some seek relaxation, while others seek relief from pain.  Most want a little of both.  Drawing from various massage modalities, we incorporate complementary techniques that support relaxation while providing pain relief and improving the body’s performance.
